State Modular is a construction Management company specialized in residential modular construction projects on the West Coast. Our innovative products provide the highest quality and design for smart space solutions.
State Modular’s multidisciplinary team counts with many decades of experience in housing, architecture, engineering, management, and technology, which ensure that every project is completed and installed to every individual client’s tailored request.
Our turnkey buildings are delivered by truck to site in exclusive configurations that featured multiple options of state-of-the-art furniture fittings and equipment.
Integrating the design process with the manufacturing and supply chain is one of the most important aspects of State Modular. Having a single, integrated team provides unprecedented transparency into permitting, material ordering, progress tracking, and delivery. For our Residential projects, we offer an end-to-end service with your very own Project Manager and team, who will take the stress away from the process of building a home. For our Commercial projects, we’re accomplished at working directly with the client or with other architects to meet the project’s unique demands and fast track the end result.
We’re passionate about the role of prefabricated construction in transforming our built environment, in ways such decreasing construction time frames and construction waste while increasing quality, productivity and affordability.
Design
We provide full architectural services, including interior and landscape design. Every project begins with our collaborative concept design workshop, where we draw on the collective talent of a large designer network to create unique design solutions.

Construction
State Modular can work with you from ‘go’ to ‘woah.’ We have the resources and capacity to act as principal contractor on your project or to work with your own contractor. As soon as your project has the go ahead, we’ll mobilize our team and provide you with a single point of contact, dedicated to executing your modular venture.
We’ll manage design, construction, delivery, installation, and site work. To keep things running smoothly, your Project Manager will issue a weekly report including progress photos and a schedule for the coming week.
